Where other agents might not be interested in helping, due to the small cost, she was more than willing and very humanistic in her approach. In the end, we purchased a 330K home and provided a referral for a friend in Cape Coral (who needed to sell her home). So, Monica's genuine kindness paid off. Also, an expert in her field, Monica provided excellent house recommendations for our price range and negotiated contracts with ease. I was so impressed at how helpful Monica was when a house did not appraise for enough, another had a roof issue that interrupted the closing, and more.
